If you’re spending time with people who are making you feel less worthy, sad, unfulfilled, negative…change your people.
Sometimes, the people around you won’t MEAN to be like this & you won’t have actually been aware that you were around this behaviour…but those characteristics can have a subconscious effect on your mood.
It’s okay to have friends and them be this way. But be aware of how much time you spend. You will adopt the same attitude through fear of not fitting in or sounding different to everyone else.
Make new business besties. People who understand the importance of a positive and strong mindset. People who understand what it takes to build a business of your own.
It’s tough. But your friends and family won’t always understand. So protect your energy. Protect your minds. Protect your business.
